(1) The thermal deformation of ordinary acrylic plate is stable at about 100 degrees, so when using customized acrylic box, we should pay attention to this temperature point. For example, the temperature of continuous use should not be higher than 90 degrees.

(2) The surface hardness of the lighted acrylic box is comparable to that of aluminum, and attention should be paid to avoid scratching the surface when using or processing acrylic. If it is scratched, it can be polished to restore the original glossy surface.

(3) If the lighted acrylic box is blurred or not clean due to slight scratches or electrostatic adsorption dust, you can use a soft cloth dipped in 1% soapy water to wipe clean.

(4) This is a detail that needs to be paid attention to in the assembly process of customized acrylic box. As the acrylic plate has a certain coefficient of expansion, so the installation needs to consider the factors of thermal expansion and cold contraction, and there should be some space gap for the expansion during the assembly process.
