The production process of acrylic LED signs:

1. Mould making: The acrylic panel is formed by vacuum positioning and suction pressure. Even if it is the same character, different sizes require different moulds. The mould making itself requires high precision and good quality, this is because the precision and quality of the mould itself are directly related to the quality of acrylic products.

2. Post-production: Basically, acrylic blister productions are mechanized productions. The application of the new equipment has greatly reduced the labour intensity of the workers while improving production efficiency. After the acrylic blister material is basically formed, there are several more processes such as edge milling, routing and grinding. Finally, the lightbox should be laid with light sources and it can be finished after baking.

3. Picture processing: According to different needs of customers, the screen is directly transferred to the acrylic sheet by screen printing, and then formed by vacuum suction. If there are characters, animals or commodity images on the screen, it can also re-blister to have a stereo effect in order to get a better publicity effect.
